I was incredibly honoured to be invited by Turkish Airlines to visit Türkiye as part of the celebrations for their new direct flights from Melbourne to Istanbul. This unforgettable trip brought together a group of amazing creators, and it was a privilege to explore such a vibrant, historic, and welcoming country alongside them.

I fell in love with the energy of Istanbul — from the rich culture and breathtaking sights to the incredible food. Every corner had a story, every meal was a feast, and every moment felt like a new discovery.

One of the most powerful experiences was visiting Gallipoli. Standing on such significant ground, seeing the moving tributes, and learning more about the history shared between Australia and Türkiye was deeply meaningful — a true highlight of the journey.
